House rules - Villa Tozzoli House

The guests of Villa Tozzoli House are required to respect certain rules, inside the house and towards the neighborhood and the nature that surrounds them, treating the apartment, the objects and furnishings contained therein, the garden and the balcony, with respect and care.

It is strictly forbidden to enter inside the whole property and the apartment for the people who is not in the list of registered guests at the check-in.

It is also forbidden to organize parties.

The apartment is delivered clean and tidy in all its parts and in the same way must be returned at the end of the stay.

Villa Tozzoli House is equipped with basic supplies, after which the guests will have to provide by themselves.

We ask our guests not to use towels to remove make-up or for other uses, other than drying the body; if they are not recoverable, we will be forced to charge them.

Guests are invited to:

• turn off the lights, air conditioners (with timers) and thermo-furnishings (with thermostat) in the bathrooms when I am not at home;
• do not waste water;
• sign the exoneration of responsability to use of the infrared sauna. Children cannot use it;
• collect their waste separately by using the containers provided inside the apartment;
• leaving their garbage after 08pm in the street, where indicated during the check-in and according to the calendar under the sink;
• no smoking;
• do not take out of the house the towels and/or supplies bathrobes, in particular to use them on the deck chairs on the balcony;
• do not stand in the courtyard area or sit on the steps of the Villa;
• do not go around shirtless or in swimsuit in the central path and in the common areas of Villa;
• parking one car and a scooter; bicycles must be stored in the appropriate rack.

Good neighborhood

Noisy activities that disturb the neighborhood are prohibited, for example: listening to loud music or television, having parties and noises inside the house, in the courtyard, in the avenue and on the balcony, in the hallway and at the entrance door or in its proximity, at the driveway entrance.
In particular, the afternoon and night silence must be respected.

Citrus grove

Guests can walk only through the central path, the one that leads to the panoramic and private balcony, where staying is permitted. It is forbidden to walk or stop in other areas of the citrus grove. In case of non-compliance with these rules, access to the citrus grove and therefore to the panoramic balcony will be forbidden for the remainder of the stay, without any claim for compensation from the guest.

Children

The apartment is delicate therefore it is not suitable for the presence of small children and teenagers with a lively temperament and under the age of 8.

Pets

Due to the delicacy of the apartment, pets are not allowed.

CHIVASANO S.R.L., which manages Villa Tozzoli House, is not liable for any injury that may occur in areas where the access and/or standing are not allowed.
